On the TV screen you see: No Signal

- Check the cables on the back of the box and TV by pressing them to the maximum
- Check the lights on the box, the light on the button second from right to left should be green, if its not press it 1 time for 1 sec. People often mistake the amber color for green.
- Disconnect the box from the mains for 10 sec
- Try a different source/input on the TV

On the TV screen you see: No satellite signal
- Do you live in a flat, have a communal dish: Yes
- Check your power splitter, push the cables to the maximum, if its connected to the mains, disconnect it for 10sec
- Check if your neighbours have the same problem
- Check the cables on the back of the box and TV, disconnect the box from the mains for 10 sec
- Check the LNB type, press home -> settings -> satellite signal -> more info -> signal strength, quality and LNB type = SCR
- Check for interference next to the box, have you recently installed any wireless equipment close to the box, try moving it

- Do you live in a flat, have a communal dish: No
- Line of sight for the dish, check the LNB type, press home -> settings -> satellite signal -> more info -> signal strength, quality and LNB type = Wideband
- Check the cables on the back of the box, disconnect it from the mains for 10sec
- Check for interference, have you recently installed any wireless equipment close to the box, try moving it
